Tom is a great product designer, which is unusual for a chef- he was chosen as designer of the month for Blueprint magazine in November 2008. He can work in a variety of mediums including silver, glass, perspex, eco friendly wood and slate. He is currently working on a contemporary range of designer dinner plates, crockery and signature canapé trays that will be released next year. Tom´s product design clients include Cadburys, Stolichnaya, Stephen Webster, Jeni Cook, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros, Selfridges and Christian Dior.
