Tom was honoured to be asked to cater the worldwide launch of Russia's oldest and finest champagne,
Abrau Durso, at the Russian Embassy in London. He served authentic Russian zakuski from recipes collected on his Russian travels, including a wild mushroom julienne, mini beef Stroganof, and cherry variniki.
